Desiree “Desi” Williams – a Challenge USA competitor – is a woman of many talents with a happy and successful career. She has excelled in beauty pageants and as a physical therapy and doctoral candidate. Williams has now been confirmed to star in the CBS show.
The Survivor star will be one of 28 reality TV celebrities who compete for the title of The Challenge USA Champion. CBS will air the Buenos Aires-based show on Wednesday, 7th July 2022. All episodes are also available on the CBS App and Paramount Pie.
Desi Williams is a competitor on The Challenge USA.
On her official website, Desi’s bio reads:
“Desi was Miss Virginia USA 2016 and a Top Ten Finalist in the 2016 Miss USA Pageant.” She previously held many titles, including Miss Virginia 2013 (competing in the 2014 Miss America Pageant), National Sweetheart 2012, and Miss Hampton University 2011.”

Desi has worked hard to establish herself in education in addition to her successful beauty pageant career. She was not only an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at Hampton University (HU), but she was also the Director of the William R. Harvey Leadership Institute at HU.
Desi discloses on her CBS internet profile:
“At the age of 26, I became an associate professor, and at the age of 27, I became a program director.” Those designations aren’t given to just anybody.”
After co-writing Love Affair With My Hair, Why Black Women Cheat With Health with Heather A. Worthy. Desi was also cast as the lead in Blindfire, a 2020 film that tackles systemic racism in the US Police Force. Desi has been a vocal supporter of Black Lives Matter on social media.
Desi has become a yoga teacher to spread the word about health and well-being. The 32-year-old was a spokeswoman for the Newport News One City Marathon. Her talents and efficiency made her a standout participant in Survivor Season 35. Her teammates considered her a threat when she won the season’s first single immunity challenge. Her performance on the show was impressive enough to get her cast in CBS’s upcoming The Challenge USA.

The Challenge USA
The reality show will feature veterans of iconic TV shows such as Survivor and The Amazing Race. It will also include Big Brother, Love Island, and Big Brother.

Each episode will feature a different algorithm that matches up participants who compete to earn money on their accounts through winning tasks and eliminating their competitors.
Desi Williams will compete to win both the championship title and the $500,000 cash prize. The Challenge USA winners will be invited by Paramount Plus to participate in The Challenge World Championship.
