Kim Zolciak’s Real Housewives of Atlanta daughter Brielle risks having her luxury vehicle seized after she failed to respond to a suit over alleged late payments.
According to court documents obtained from RadarOnline.com by Ally Bank, the bank asked a Georgia Judge to sign a Turnover order allowing Brielle’s local Sheriff to take possession of Brielle’s Land Rover 2019.
Ally filed a lawsuit against Kim and her 26-year-old daughter in December 2023 because they had defaulted on the retail installment sales agreement.
The lawsuit stated, “Defendants defaulted on their contractual obligations.” “As at May 31, 2023 the Defendants were owed $83,969.35 to Ally. On the Contract.”
According to the lawsuit, Brielle Kim and Kim agreed to pay $1903 monthly for the vehicle. The bank said that due to the default, it was entitled to seize the car.

In mid-January, Ally informed the Court that it had served Kim and Brielle the legal papers. Although =the paperwork was served, Kim and Brielle have yet to file a reply.
Brielle had previously been sued for over an unpaid credit bill.
RadarOnline.com has previously reported that Kim and Kroy have been in a bitter divorce war after numerous failed attempts to reconcile. Before their split, the couple faced a massive federal tax lien of $1.1 million.
In the last few months, the couple has faced several lawsuits due to unpaid loans, the police have been called to their house several times for arguments, and their Georgia mansion will be sold in foreclosure.
Kroy faced a separate lawsuit for an alleged gambling debt in the Bahamas. His 2020 Rolls Royce was confiscated due to unpaid payments.
Kim was accused of refusing to pay her Target credit card and was named in several lawsuits over unpaid debt.

The divorce is so contentious the judge presiding over their case has ordered that they sleep in separate bedrooms.
Kroy has accused Kim recently of refusing answers to questions regarding her gambling loss as well as whether she spent any money on cosmetic procedures in the last two years.
